Sydney Duong Holmes Joins Larkins Vacura Kayser

Larkins Vacura Kayser is pleased to announce that Sydney Duong Holmes has joined our firm. A graduate of the University of Oregon School of Law, Sydney is a new lawyer but a life-long problem solver who has worked in both the public and private sectors.
