Brett Applegate Co-Authors Torts Chapter

Larkins Vacura Kayser partner Brett Applegate recently co-authored “Statutes of Limitations and Statutes of Repose,” a chapter in the forthcoming 2024 Oregon State Bar Publication, Torts in Oregon, which is now available electronically to members of the Oregon Bar, and which will be available in print later this year. The chapter addresses a range of topics, including tolling, waiver and estoppel, and specific statutes of limitation and repose.
