Brian de Haan Joins Larkins Vacura Kayser

LVK is proud to welcome Brian de Haan to our team. Brian joins us from the Oregon Department of Justice, where he spent ten years as a Senior Assistant Attorney General prosecuting some of Oregon's most significant antitrust, securities, false claims, and financial fraud matters, including cases involving cryptocurrency exchanges, pharmaceutical manufacturers, investment advisers, and tax credit programs.

With nearly two decades of experience in both private practice and public service, Brian has led high-stakes litigation and investigations resulting in tens of millions of dollars in recoveries and settlements. Clients value his strategic judgment, direct communication style, strong courtroom presence, and ability to navigate complex disputes from investigation through trial.

At LVK, Brian will focus on complex commercial, securities, regulatory, and antitrust litigation matters. His arrival further expands the firm’s capabilities in sophisticated business litigation, regulatory investigations, and matters involving securities, antitrust, and consumer protection law.
