Represented Oregon Attorney General’s Sexual Assault Task Force in amicus briefing to the Oregon Supreme Court related to the standard for issuing a restraining order under Oregon’s Family Abuse Prevent Act, supplying crucial information related to survivor safety and characteristics of domestic violence associated with increased lethality risks to survivors

Represented small business owner in quiet title action, successfully securing title to business property client had purchased approximately 20 years ago without ever receiving a signed deed to the property

Represented supply chain partner in dispute with buyer after buyer unreasonably reduced quantity of ordered product, which had unique specifications and could not be easily resold to a third party, obtaining favorable settlement for client without the need for protracted litigation

Represented couple who operated small herb farm in claims brought by large herb wholesaler, achieving full defense verdict at trial

Represented corporation in dispute involving trademark infringement, counterfeiting, and cyberpiracy claims, achieving default judgment against defendants

Represented officers of energy storage company in defamation and dilution claims brought by former employee
