Quincie Christenson joined Larkins Vacura Kayser LLP as Firm Administrator in 2026, bringing more than a decade of experience in law firm administration and legal operations. Her diverse background includes serving as a legal assistant, paralegal, and operations manager at both small and mid-sized law firms, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the day-to-day operations that support exceptional client service.
Quincie began her legal career while working full time for a solo practitioner and simultaneously attending Portland Community College’s Paralegal Program, where she earned her Paralegal Certificate in 2014. She later earned a Bachelor of Science from Portland State University, with a focus in Social Sciences, and further expanded her expertise by completing a Human Resource Management Certificate through Oregon State University in 2023.
As Firm Administrator, Quincie oversees the firm’s administrative operations, working closely with attorneys and staff to support efficient business practices, strategic planning, human resources, technology initiatives, and the continued growth of the firm. She is passionate about creating collaborative workplace environments and implementing processes that enable legal professionals to provide outstanding service to their clients.
Outside the firm, Quincie is an active member of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA). She serves on the Board of Directors for the Oregon Chapter as Education Director, where she develops educational programming and professional development opportunities for legal management professionals throughout the state.
